Mikor érkezik a csomagom?

A belföldi csomagokat a Sprinter Futárszolgálat munkatársai munkanapokon 9 és 18 óra között, előzetes telefonos egyeztetés nélkül szállítja ki.

Javasoljuk, hogy akkor rendeljen házhoz szállítást, ha a megjelölt időszakban Ön vagy megbízottja a megjelölt szállítási címen tartózkodik és át tudja venni a csomagot és ki tudja fizetni az esetleges utánvét összegét.

Nem találta otthon a futár? Ingyenesen újra kiszállítjuk!

Amennyiben a kézbesítő futár a csomag átadását nem tudja teljesíteni a megadott címen, értesítést hagy a csomagról. A küldeményről ezután az értesítésen megjelölt telefonszámon lehet érdeklődni.

Sikertelen kézbesítés esetén a Sprinter Futárszolgálat az új egyeztetett időpontban díjmentesen megkísérli a második kiszállítást.

Mi a Csomagküldő?

Profik vagyunk a csomagok szállításában és kézbesítésében. A webáruházból rendelt terméket (a szállítónak való átadás után) akár már másnap átveheti az Ön által választott átvevőhelyen.

A csomag maximális súlya: 5 kg
A csomag minimális oldalmérete: 10 × 7 × 1 cm
A csomag maximális oldalmérete: 70 cm a leghosszabb oldal, 120 cm az oldalak összege

1. Megrendelésnél a webshop oldalán válassza ki azt az átvevőhelyet, amelyik a legközelebb esik Önhöz.

2. Amint a webshop (feladó) átadja a terméket, mi azonnal e-mailt küldünk Önnek nyomonkövetési azonosítóval. Ennek köszönhetően „online követheti“ csomagját.

3. Miután átadtuk a csomagot az Ön által választott átvevőhelynek SMS-t és e-mail-t küldünk a jelszóval. Attól a pillanattól kezdve átveheti a csomagot 7 napon keresztül.

4. A csomagot azonnal átveheti miután megkapta a jelszót. Vagy bárkit elküldhet érte – a személyi igazolvány felmutatására nincs szükség (kivéve ha a webáruház ezt kifejezetten kéri), elég ha rendelkezik a jelszóval.

5. Ha az adott héten nem ér rá, ne aggódjon: küldjön egy válasz SMS-t és mi ingyenesen meghosszabítjuk a csomag tárolási idejét 21 napra.

Átvételkor történő fizetési mód

A címzettek számára előnyös lehet, hogy többféle fizetési megoldás közül választhatnak: az utánvét díja a futárnak készpénzzel vagy akár bankkártyával is fizethető.

A címzetteknek elegendő a csomag átvételekor eldönteniük, milyen módon rendezik az utánvét összegét. Az utánvétes fizetési mód egy extra szolgáltatás. Ezen fizetési mód választása esetén (a rendelés végösszegétől függetlenül) fix 199 Ft fizetéssel kapcsolatos költséget vagyunk kénytelenek felszámítani.

Az utánvétes fizetési mód 500 000 Ft-ig választható.

Átvételkor történő fizetési mód

Az átvételi pontokon általában CSAK KÉSZPÉNZES fizetésre van lehetőség!

Az utánvétes fizetési mód egy extra szolgáltatás. Ezen fizetési mód választása esetén (a rendelés végösszegétől függetlenül) fix 199 Ft fizetéssel kapcsolatos költséget vagyunk kénytelenek felszámítani.

Az utánvétes fizetési mód 220 000 Ft-ig választható.

SimplePay ONLINE fizetési rendszer: A szolgáltatást igénybe vevő vásárlók online vásárlások esetében választhatják a SimplePay egyszerű és biztonságos fizetési megoldását. Ekkor a megszokott módon, a SimplePay felületén intézhetik fizetésüket.
